The deluxe guest rooms have all of the amenities of the value rooms plus a separate seating area and private baths with claw-foot tubs. These two rooms are located on the second floor; one is on the southeast corner facing the quiet street, while the other is closer to the second-floor patio.

The third floor is composed of three value bedrooms, a common area, and a common bathroom. The third floor can be separated from the lower floors by a door at the bottom of the staircase - perfect for families or groups who want to utilize three rooms. (Groups who occupy all three rooms on the third floor will receive a special discount.) There is also a value room adjacent to the bottom of the second-to-third floor staircase.
